Contest Rules for Content Survey Free Lunch Giveaway
All contest entries accept the following prize awarded pursuant to the Sweepstakes sponsored by Berxi Insurance c/o Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company. In consideration of this prize, contestants acknowledge and agree to the Official Rules:
- One entry per person
- No purchase necessary; Winner and contestants do not have to be Berxi customers.
- No employee, contractor of Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company, or their family member is eligible for the contest.
- Each contestant must be at least the age of majority in the state in which they reside, and competent to contract in their own name.
- There will be one (1) winner selected from all content survey entries received.
- Contest will end May 1st, 2024, 11:59PM EST. Winner will be chosen and contacted during the week of May 6th, 2024.
- Winners will be notified via email or phone. Winner must respond within 48 business hours to claim prize, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
- Prize is lunch for winner’s team at their place of work (must be mutually agreed upon date and catering)
- Value of prize may not exceed $25 per person, up to $250 total.
- No cash value, other prizes or substitutions will be provided.
- Berxi may copyright and use, reuse, publish and republish the winner’s picture, portrait or other likeness, character, characterization or form with the winner’s name or username in any media.
- The contestant waives any right to inspect or approve any publication, advertisement, copy or other printed matter for Berxi. The release also includes any liability, claims, actions, demands, choices in action, and damages relating to any publication, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form or otherwise that may occur or be produced intentionally or otherwise.
- Failure to comply with the above requirements or any time limitations voids contestant’s entry and makes them ineligible to collect the prize.
